How to Connect Your Signia Hearing Aids to Your iPhone

STEP 1: Before proceeding to the next step, please turn off your hearing aids and then turn them back on.

 

NOTE: How to turn your hearing aids off and on

Place the hearing aids in the charger for eight seconds and then remove them

or

Hold the bottom button of your hearing aids for 8 seconds until they turn off, and then hold it again for 8 seconds until they turn back on

                                      STEP 2: To begin, access the "Settings" on your mobile device

 

                                      STEP 3: Please scroll down until you locate "Accessibility" and click on it

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                                      STEP 4: Please scroll down until you locate "Hearing Devices" and click on it

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                                     STEP 5: To activate Bluetooth, swipe the menu bar next to the "Bluetooth" option to the                                                   right.

 

                                                        NOTE: If Bluetooth is already activated, this step will be skipped automatically.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                                       STEP 6: To connect your hearing aids to your Apple device, simply tap on the name                                                      of your hearing aid. Your device will automatically detect them.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                                        STEP 7: When prompted, tap "Pair" to connect your hearing aids. If you have two                                                          hearing aids, you will receive the pairing request twice.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                                        STEP 8: Once your hearing aids are successfully paired, you can access the basic                                                       settings through your Apple device. These settings include managing battery                                                      life, microphone volumes, and presets, among others.
